Delivery
Bluestar Products Ltd Delivery Policy

Please note that for every order placed on this website, your delivery charges are calculated and clearly displayed at the check out of your order. The information below relates to delivery of stillages specifically. If you have specific queries regarding delivery of your stillages please contact our team who will be able to advise you.

What is the standard delivery charge for stillages?
Due to the nature of stillages being relatively heavy and sizeable, we use a specialist courier to deliver our stillages. The cost of this is £60.00+vat per order. This charge is an overall charge, and is not per item. So, if you order multiple stillages, the cost is still £60.00+vat.

Where can we deliver stillages to?
We do have the ability to deliver stillages UK wide, however there are a few postcode restrictions on our standard delivery option as above, so please take a look below to see the details. If you happen to be in one of the restricted postcode areas please contact us to discuss our alternative delivery solutions.

How long will delivery take?
From the day your order is placed, we aim to have your goods dispatched within 5-14 working days. We will contact you via email or phone call before your order is due to be delivered, in order to keep you informed of the delivery updates. Should there be any unforeseen delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Is there anything else to consider?
On the day of delivery, due to the possible size of the delivery being made, please make sure that there is somebody present that can receive and/or sign for the delivery. If we can not hand over the delivery, the order will be returned to us which will incur additional delivery fees. As stillages are heavy items, the courier will need clear access for unloading. Should any items need offloading by forklift, please note that this will have to be arranged on site by yourselves. The delivery company will not move any heavy items by hand so please take this into consideration. We take pride in our stillages and work hard to make sure they are delivered to you in the same pristine condition we manufacture them to. However, should a delivery seem damaged, or even missing parts, please call us with the details so that we can resolve any problems.

Collection
At the checkout stage of your order it is possible to select collection rather than delivery. If you opt to collect your stillages will we contact you when your stillage(s) are ready for you to collect. Collections must be pre-arranged with our office for logistical purposes, and also note that our opening hours for collection are 9am-3.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am-11am on Fridays.
