For any of our standard, none bespoke items, we offer a 14 day right to cancel policy. You will have 14 days from the time of delivery to contact us to request the cancellation and return. Goods must be returned to us unused and undamaged, and you are responsible for the full shipping costs of returning any unwanted items. If an item is damaged on arrival, this does not apply as we will arrange its return.

For any bespoke or custom pieces made to a customer's own requirements, we do not offer a right to cancel policy. These items can be returned if they are found to be damaged, defective, or do not match the agreed upon specification.
